Hey, guys, Greg and Brent with Resideum here. This is our latest project that we’re getting ready to stick onto the market. This house was fire damaged. We bought it and we have done one hundred thousand plus in renovation. It looks brand new. Can’t wait to show you inside. Come on in.
It’s a split-Level, these are really, really popular, especially for rental investments. And so the upstairs is where we had most of the fire damage.
The fire originated in the kitchen and burned up through the roof up here. The rest of the house just mostly had cosmetic and smoke damage. And you can see we’ve come in and we’ve done the renovation with a mostly gray palette. Great looking floors, these are luxury vinyl tile flooring. And we put in this beautiful, solid surface state of the art kind of backsplash, kitchen appliances. Over here, there are two bedrooms and a hallway bath. Again, matching cabinets and countertops in here.
Kind of a smallish bedroom along the back of the house.
I don’t know if you can take a peek into the backyard, it’s really pretty. Nice, big backyard out here.
Another bedroom in here. This one’s a little bit larger. So the two secondary bedrooms are kind of on the main level or if you will, on the upper level.
All right. And that’s kind of the upstairs and main living level. Will let Brent take you for the ride downstairs and he can show you the rest of the house.

Hey, guys, how’s it going? This is the master suite. Again, all we had to do down here, we had to replace the sheetrock. There was some water and smoke damage. Master closet’s right here to the to the back of the room. And then you’ll see right over there is the master bath. New cabinets, quartz countertops. We’ll go out of the master and down here in the rest of the basement is the laundry room, full laundry room, washer and dryer. Water heater’s in there as well.
And then there’s this big open room. This could be a game room, a separate man cave. You could probably put a pool table down here. But again, sheetrock, new carpet, new windows. And this is basically the house. Again, you can get a shot of the backyard, big backyard.
